Resources for Bereaved Parents and their Families/Friends...
One of the difficult hurdles that bereaved parents face, is knowing where to look for support - and perhaps more importantly, having to summon up the energy to seek out help when they need it. We have complied lists of recommended local services, relevant books you may like to read and other charities/organisations who may be able to help you - in the hope that it will be easier for you to find whatever you are looking for.
If your baby has just died, and you are facing planning a funeral for your child - please have a look at the list of local resources that other bereaved parents in the Airedale/Keighley/Bradford area have used and trust.
Whether your baby died during pregnancy, during or after birth or in infancy - there is support available for you. No matter when your loss was - yesterday or 30 years ago - there is a charity or an organisation that can provide you with specialist support. You do not have to face grieving for your child alone. We are always here for you, and there are many other charities and organisations who can offer you their help too.
